Ghanaian popular rapper Sarkodie has been under fire and heavily criticized by Ghanaians for a while now but yesterday’s criticisms from Twene Jonas has got several people talking.
Sarkodie has indeed suffered a lot of criticisms from Ghanaians. They have all claimed that the hiplife artiste supports the current government and despite all the hardship in the country he still can’t say something to put the government on it toes.
They also revealed that during the 2020 general elections the rapper supported the government by singing for them but now that things are not going well he hasn’t composed a song to criticise the government.
These recent happenings has also made Twene Jonas, a Ghanaian social media influencer to also added his voice to these criticisms. In his yesterday’s Facebook warm-up session or program, he criticised Sarkodie for not doing anything or saying anything against the government when Ghanaians are going through a lot of hardships.
In the live facebook session, Twene Jonas said, I’m on Sarkodie. I even heard he will be having a show over here and I don’t want to destroy the program. Because if I talk about him or criticize him no one will even attend the program and his career will end like John Dumelo. He will then establish his own political party or go into politics.
Twene Jonas also criticized the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei TuTu II for not opposing the E Levy taxation policy but rather wants parliamentarians to support it and government businesses
