Captain Smart is still not free!
The Rigorous and popular journalist Captain Smart was invited by the Nima Police following a comment he pass on the Onua Tv morning show, which the police department sees to be contempt of the law.

After an interrogation of the journalist, he was granted a bill and was processed for court.
Thursday, December 9, 2021, arraigned Captain Smart at Circuit Court 7. He pleaded not guilty to the charge of offensive conduct conducive to the breach of the peace under Section 207 of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29).
The court admitted him to bail in the sum of Hundred Thousand
